Try getting one singular definition of balance, a simple google search comes up with all sorts of definitions; as a human mind, body, spirit and soul this article comes from a holistic perspective. Balance is about self alignment. The equal measure of different components. If we think about Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs we can start to look at what our needs are as humans, where we are in relation to ourselves and others, what levels we need to achieve to become self actualised. Simply put, without the jargon, it’s how we FEEL across all areas of our life - peace, clarity, a calm state of being and balancing our brain hemispheres. This weeks podcast is dedicated to balance.
