Where are you?

As the CEO of your life, you get to make all the choices and decisions in your life. (if you don’t, you might want to pause and think about whose life you're living). Give yourself full permission to evaluate your values, purpose, goals and habits - when you know you really well, your gap becomes clear, allowing you to take action in the way that takes you to where you want to go, spending less time, energy, money and maximising your happiness. Who doesn’t want to live life on their terms? Your ripple effect is only as strong as your awareness is.

Want to get your body in shape?

Want to fall in love?

Want to buy that car, house?

Want to travel, freedom?

Want more, just not sure what ‘more’ you want.


Where are you now?

The answer is EVERYTHING in relation to where you want to be. It’s knowing your gap that’s the crux of knowing your roadmap to your success.


What do you want?

And yes, let’s be clear, what you want changes in life depending on your life stage and phase. You have probably set career goals, spent time looking at your finances, spent time on your appearance, looking for a new car, a new wardrobe. Do you know why you do the things you do? It’s all connected to what’s important to you (values).


Follow steps below to discover your gaps.

  • What’s important to you and why is it important?

  • What will be different in your life in the future from where you are now.

  • Get a piece of paper. Plot a start and end on opposite sides of the sheet. Using your current versus future life make a note of what’s different between the two.

  • What do you need to start, stop and continue to get from where you are, to where you want to be.

  • Check your habits and how you spend your time, does it align to those actions to close that gap?

  • Write down what you need to take action on right away

  • Get an accountability buddy/take an action challenge.
